Safe operation of nuclear power plants and control of radioactive material are essential for your safety, and for our environment.
The Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority, IAEA and CNCAN have been using Norway Grants funding to strengthen expertise and the capacity of the Romanian supervisory authorities.

The capacity building project was completed in a roundtable in Bucharest recently.

-As a result of this project, there is now better control of radioactive material and a reduced risk of accidents, says Ingar Amundsen, head of the NRPA International Nuclear Safety Section.

The results of the work is published on the platform http://nuclever.com/.
